Inland Wetlands Office Responsibilities:

The IWWC acts as a regulatory authority for the Town and implements purposes and provisios of the CT Inland Wetlands Act within the Town of Franklin by enforcing the preservation and protection of the wetlands and watercourses from random, unnecessary, undesirable, and unregulated uses, distubance and desruction.

The Inland Wetlands & Watercourses Commission is comprised of five (5) Regular Members and three (3) Alternate Members with regular members serving four (4) year terms.
